Membership

You need not be a member of the Sites to access the Sites or use the content or services. However, access to some areas of the Sites and some content and services may also be restricted to members only.

On becoming a member, you will be required to enter into a separate Membership Agreement.

 

Osclass.in work with my website?

Osclass are website templates (themes) that work with Osclass CMS. If you have Osclass installed, it’s easy to just upload and install our themes.

 

Osclass.in encode or encrypt the source code?

No. Once you purchase any of our themes, you will get full access to the code and can modify it however you please. We believe in creativity and encourage customers to enhance or customize App Themes to fit their business solutions.

 

 

User Account Questions

I don’t remember my account username. How can I retrieve it?

When you purchased an Osclass theme, you setup a username and it was emailed to you. For older accounts, it might be your email address. If you are unable to remember or find the email containing your username, please send us your first & last name, any email addresses you may have used to purchase one of our themes (including your PayPal email address), and what message(s) you are prompted with when trying to login. Once we can verify your account, we will resend your login details.

 

I forgot my account password. How can I reset it?

On the account login page, there is a “forgot password” option. Enter your email address and it will be resent to you.

 

Refund Policy

 

All of Osclass themes and plugins  payment processing is handled through PayPal. The Customer can pay for a Template License with a PayPal account balance or with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. No information regarding the Customer's credit/debit card or his/her bank account is in any way processed or stored by osclass.in.

 

We manually review all orders to protect both the Customer and us from fraudulent transactions. This means that there is sometimes a delay in processing the Customer's order (up to 24 hours, business days).

 

It is understood that the order placed by the Customer is only a proposal and osclass.in reserves the right to either approve or refuse the Customer's order whichever we deem appropriate.

 

Osclass.in do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Please use our Products demo, ask in our support forum or submit a ticket in our Helpdesk with any questions you may have before you make a purchase to ensure it will meet your needs. If there is an issue regarding our Products, we will address the problem.

 

Customer may contact us through our Helpdesk with any billing questions or discrepancies. Performing a chargeback or dispute with PayPal or your card issuer will result in immediate and permanent account ban or termination.

 

Support Policy

 

There's a difference between what is considered support & customizationWe can only provide support on our Osclass templates and plugins. Officially, we will not offer help on customization of our osclass templates. Support is provided for our osclass templates as they are intended to function out of the box. Anything that changes the way they look or function by default is considered customization.

If time allows, we may try to help you with customizations if they are very easy to do, involves only a few lines of code and do not require a lot of time to complete. However, you should not count on it because we officially do not offer help on customization.

 

The scope of our support includes the following:

  • solving issues with template installation
  • solving template's built-in functionality that does not work (i.e. popup login form)
  • solving issues on bundled osclass modules (i.e. facebookmodule)
  • very basic CSS and styling adjustments
  • bugs fixing
  • fixing Osclass compatibility issues

The scope of our support DOES NOT include:

  • customizing and modifying the template
  • solving on any errors relating to template customization
  • fixing on any broken styling as a result of template customization
  • adding new features or extending current available features & functionality
  • solving issues for osclass modules/plugins not bundled with our template
  • customizing and modifying Osclass modules' templates to match our templates' design
  • general osclass support (please use the osclass support  for that)

With every support request, we will try to respond as soon as possible and solve the issue within our first response. In cases that we cannot do that in time, please be patient. For sure, we're trying to come up with a solution.
